If you press the F11 hotkey, or Spell Check Anywhere’s spell check button, spell checking of the current document will start, in any application you are in at that moment, such as word, Outlook, MSN, and etc..
You can completely shutdown Spell Check Anywhere while spell checking is in progress by holding the control key down and clicking the Cancel button. This is equivalent to selecting “Shutdown Spell Check Anywhere” from Spell Check Anywhere’s menu.
If you just want to cancel the current spell check, without shutting down Spell Check Anywhere, then just click Cancel. To stop spell checking, but have all the corrections you have made so far get updated, click Finish.
